Evan Bouchard'ın performansı

“And the way this season is turning out, I know it's early, trust me, I do, but we could see a season for the ages from at least two of the three. McDavid's off to the hottest start in his career with 12 points in four games, and Bouchard's on pace for 126 goals and 226 points.”

Konuşmacı, Evan Bouchard'ın istatistiklerine ve oyununa dikkat çekerek onun elit bir oyuncu olduğunu ve Edmonton'daki üçlü içerisinde hak ettiği değeri gördüğünü belirtiyor.

Elias Pettersson'ın fiziksel oyunu

“It's not the points or the draws that's showing me signs of the old EP40. It's what he's doing without the puck. Pettersson is hitting everything in sight. As it stands, he's second in the league in hits, only behind his old teammate Kiefer Sherwood.”

Konuşmacı, Elias Pettersson'ın skordan bağımsız olarak sahada fiziksel mücadeleye girmesinin ve hitler yapmasının oyununu ve değerini yukarı taşıdığını ifade ediyor.

Auston Matthews ve William Nylander'ın uyumu

“Who should play on the right wing with Auston Matthews? That's the question that's probably been asked as much as is Auston Matthews ever going to be Auston Matthews again? Well, I know it's early, but if the last two leaf games have shown me anything, it's that William Nylander should get a long look playing next to him.”

Konuşmacı, son maçların performansına dayanarak Auston Matthews ile William Nylander'ın aynı hatta oynaması gerektiğini ve uyumlarının harika olduğunu belirtiyor.
